We want you to love your subscription. If, for any reason, you’d prefer to cancel your subscription, we’ll be happy to provide a refund.
If you decide that you want to cancel your subscription before the end of your term, please let us know by emailing info@scootev.in. We’re sorry, but you are not eligible for a refund during the subscribed period.
All subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel your subscription, please give us 5 days prior notice. Any deposit made while purchasing the subscription will be refunded to your bank account within 5 business days of cancellation, however any damage to the scooter will be recovered from the advance deposit. If the deposit is less than the damage cost, customer must pay the remaining charges.
